Patented Lactobacillus reuteri special strain DSM17648 as the scientifically proven active ingredient Pylopass^®. This product has been designed for medical purposes, in particular for managing Helicobacter pylori infections. It also contains vitamin B12 (MH3A^®-D formula), which has been optimised via cell tests for its effect on intestinal epithelial cells. This inactivated strain is particularly resistant to gastric acid and effective in binding to and eliminating H. pylori.
