Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids can serve as an important source of energy for our body. Cold-pressed plant-based oils in particular contain a variety of the most unsaturated fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids such as DHA and EPA support heart function, with DHA contributing to normal brain function and vision, and ALA helping to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.

Omega-3 fatty acids are vital components of cells: ALA contributes to normal cholesterol levels while DHA and EPA support cardiac function; DHA also contributes to normal brain function and vision. The active forms of these fatty acids can only be endogenously created in small quantities. High amounts of omega-3 fatty acids are concentrated in algae, from which fish also benefit as a source of food. Our range consists of exclusively 100% vegan omega-3 oils.
MCT Oil
MCT (medium-chain triglycerides) are special fatty acids that can be easily converted into energy by the body on account of their structure. The 2 forms of biologically effective MCT are caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10), and, as a superior source of energy, they can increase energy production in the mitochondria. Our MCT oils are sourced from hand-harvested, 100% fresh coconuts.
