Our Organic Whey Protein powder is of the highest premium quality, made from a base of 100% whey protein concentrate from controlled organic production. The milk used comes exclusively from grass-fed cows raised outdoors in Germany and the EU, where animal protection, welfare and health are the highest priority. The cows live according to the "Five Freedoms" animal welfare programme in a natural environment with their herd, and have free access to food and water. The whey protein concentrate is obtained from the resulting whey using gentle filtration methods. The final product has a natural fat and lactose content and a full amino acid spectrum.

This product has been tested free from selected doping substances within the scope of the Cologne List®. The Cologne List® is a doping prevention initiative which publishes products which have been independently tested for selected doping substances by a world-class laboratory in food supplement analysis. As a partner of the Cologne List®, we ensure greater transparency in a very heterogeneous market and support athletes, teams, clubs and associations in the assessment of these products.

Whey Protein

Whey protein is whey protein obtained from whey. Depending on the type of production, it is differentiated into whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, whey protein hydrolysate and clear whey protein isolate (clear whey). All whey proteins are characterised by a very high protein content and a high biological value due to their full amino acid profile including all essential (EAA) and branched-chain (BCAA) amino acids. The biological value indicates how well a dietary protein can be converted into the body's own protein.

Whey protein concentrate has a naturally higher fat and lactose (carbohydrate) content than whey protein isolate.

Dosificación

Directions

Mix 30g powder (3 tablespoons) with 200ml cold water in a shaker bottle. Take 1–3 servings per day, preferably in the morning and evening and after exercise.

Daily Requirements

The DGE (German Nutrition Society) recommends a daily protein requirement of around 1.5–2g per kilogram of body weight. The DGE gives the following recommendations for protein intake:

  • Adults: 0.8g protein per kg body weight per day
  • Over 65 years: 1.0g protein per kg body weight per day
  • Those pregnant or breastfeeding: 0.9–1.2g protein per kg body weight per day
