How are we different?
Our vegan protein bars are composed of four carefully selected plant-based protein components. Pea, carob germ, almond and fava bean protein deliver a total protein content of 25%, without relying on lower-grade soya protein. With the addition of resistant dextrin, our bars are not only high in protein but also feature a high content of valuable soluble fibre.
Our Espresso variety combines rich, aromatic coffee notes from finely ground coffee powder with a dark cocoa coating. For a more pleasant texture, we use premium almond paste instead of palm oil and refine our bars with first-class Dead Sea salt, vanilla bean powder and Ceylon cinnamon. We consciously avoid the use of sugar or synthetic sweeteners such as acesulfame K or sucralose—the cocoa coating is sweetened with maltitol, a sugar alcohol from natural sources. Furthermore, no artificial flavours or colours are used, nor is citric acid added as an acidity regulator, ensuring our Pure Vegan Protein Bars boast an exceptionally pure formulation.
