Our organic MCT oil is derived from EU-certified organic, hand-harvested whole coconuts, which are grown on organic farms in Southeast Asia. Only fresh and undamaged coconuts are selected for pressing, while chipped and broken coconuts are sorted out. Before pressing, the hard outer shell and the brown skin are carefully removed so that only the fruit flesh is pressed. The coconut milk is also seperated from the flesh before processing. The extraction process, which takes place in the EU, is 100% mechanical and thermal, using methods such as centrifugation and distillation. We avoid the use of chemicals in this process, and we do not use artificial chemical esterification.
The result is a premium organic MCT oil that contains purely natural fatty acids from the two most effective MCTs caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10).

Caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10)
The individual MCTs are often referred to as C6 to C12 according to the length of their carbon chains. The most biologically effective from is caprylic acid (C8). Our C8 MCT oil consists of over 95% caprylic acid (C8) and is quickly converted into energy.
Our organic MCT C8 Oil is derived from coconuts grown in South East Asia. Only fresh, undamaged coconuts are selected by the farmers for pressing. The hard outer shell and the brown, woody skin are carefully removed from the coconuts before pressing. The milk and flesh then undergo the pressing phase.
The extraction process takes place entirely in the EU and is 100% mechanical and thermal, using methods such as centrifugation and distillation. We avoid the use of chemicals in the production process. Unlike other MCT oils, ours is a natural oil extract, and we do not use artificial chemical esterification with glycerine.
