How are we different?

Flora Pso-Skin consists of a symbiotic blends of the 3 specially selected, patented strains Bifidobacterium lactis CECT 8145, Bifidobacterium longum CECT 7347 and Lactobacillus rhamnosus CECT 8361, which are specially tailored to the needs of stressed skin. Each capsule contains 1 billion CFUs (colony-forming units) and thus 1 billion living and reproducing bacteria. The blend is also supplemented with D-biotin for the maintenance of normal skin.

When selecting our raw materials, we intentionally choose highly active bacterial strains: these are produced under strict quality controls using modern fermentation processes that do not come into contact with genetically modified organisms, which are often cultivated for cost reasons. Gentle freeze-drying helps to guarantee a high level of bacterial activity.

We deliberately combine intestinal bacteria with dietary fibre to serve as a natural food source for the bacteria; for this we have chosen gum arabic.

We use patented, gastric acid-resistant HPMC capsules (DR® Caps) as capsule shells. We use light-protected and environmentally friendly amber glass instead of plastic for the packaging.
