Our optimised Iso-C® Whey Protein Powder is of the highest premium quality and is produced on the basis of a unique ratio of 50% whey protein concentrate and 50% whey protein isolate from controlled production. The milk used comes exclusively from dairy cows in the EU. Animal welfare, well-being and health have top priority. In accordance with the "Five Freedoms" animal welfare programme, the dairy cows live in a natural environment with their fellow cows and have unrestricted access to food and water. The whey protein concentrate or whey protein isolate is extracted from the whey using a careful filtration process.

Our Iso-C® Whey Protein Powder combines the advantages of both whey proteins and thus offers an optimised protein powder with a full amino acid spectrum. Compared to simple whey protein concentrate, this innovative blend delivers the high protein and low fat content of whey isolate with the full-bodied taste of a whey concentrate. The "Matcha" blend is characterised by its distinctive flavour of genuine Japanese matcha powder, which is perfectly complemented by its creamy consistency.

All our protein powders are produced entirely without silicon dioxide, artificial flavourings, artificial additives or artificial sweeteners. We only use natural flavours and high-quality premium ingredients. This protein powder contains a total of over 3% genuine Japanese premium matcha powder from the exclusive tea shop Yoshi en. We also use the functional sugar D-tagatose, which is favoured among experts for its benefits.

This protein powder has been tested free from selected doping substances within the scope of the Cologne List®. The Cologne List® is a doping prevention initiative which publishes products which have been independently tested for selected doping substances by a world-class laboratory in food supplement analysis. Whey Protein

Whey protein is protein obtained from whey. Depending on the type of production, it is differentiated into whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, whey protein hydrolysate and clear whey protein isolate (clear whey). All whey proteins are characterised by a very high protein content and a high biological value due to their full amino acid profile including all essential (EAA) and branched-chain (BCAA) amino acids. The biological value indicates how well a dietary protein can be converted into the body's own protein.

Whey protein concentrate has a naturally higher fat and lactose content (carbohydrates), while whey protein isolate has a reduced fat and lactose content (carbohydrates). Our optimised premium 50:50 blend combines the benefits of both whey proteins.

Directions

Mix 30g powder in 200ml cold water. Consume 1-3 portions daily, preferably in the morning and evening and after exercising.

Daily Requirements

The daily protein requirement is around 1.5–2g per kilogram of body weight according to the DGE (German Nutrition Society). The DGE gives the following recommendations for protein intake:

  • Adults: 0.8g protein per kg body weight per day
  • Over 65 years: 1.0g protein per kg body weight per day
  • Those pregnant or breastfeeding: 0.9–1.2g protein per kg body weight per day
