How are we different?
In liposomal formulations, active ingredient molecules are encapsulated by small fatty globules that can be absorbed directly through the intestinal wall and into the cells. As a result, these formulations can achieve higher bioavailability than conventional powders, capsules or tablets. This advantage can be decisive in certain situations. The liposomes in our true liposomal, water-soluble magnesium are significantly smaller than 500 nm, providing high stability and effective absorption in the digestive tract.
To achieve a true liposomal formulation with superior bioavailability, a specific ratio of active ingredient to phospholipids must be maintained; otherwise, the result is merely an emulsion, which offers no benefit. Our liposomal formula has the highest possible concentration of magnesium to phospholipids (lecithins). We use organic and rapidly available magnesium citrate in its anhydrous form. The phospholipids are derived from pure sunflower lecithin rather than soya lecithin. The sunflowers are grown exclusively in the EU, primarily in Germany.
Furthermore, liposomal formulations must always be stabilised to maintain their efficacy. This product is stabilised exclusively using plant-based glycerol. Natural malic acid from fermentation and rosemary extract also prevent oxidation. This allows us to completely dispense with the use of citric acid or common artificial preservatives. Bottling is carried out in an oxygen-free environment into light-protected and environmentally friendly amber glass instead of plastic.

Effects
The National Health Service (NHS) recommends a daily intake of 300mg for men and 270mg for women of magnesium. However, it is important to note that individual magnesium needs may vary according to age, dietary habits, genetics and other factors.

Directions
Take 2 tsp (10 ml) daily mixed into water or juice. Refrigerate at least 24 hours before opening and keep refrigerated after opening. Use within 8 weeks. Shake well before each use.

Storage
Keep out of reach of young children. Store unopened between +2°C and +21°C. Due to the natural origin of the raw materials, taste, viscosity and colour may vary between batches. Sediment may form at the bottom of the bottle, but this does not affect the quality.
