Our Milk Thistle Complex is a natural herbal complex of dandelion, artichoke, milk thistle and gentian root. These plants were selected due to their high content of valuable bioactives such as flavonoids and bitter compounds. All the extracts are derived from high-quality plants cultivated without the use of pesticides and are free from extraction and solvent residues due to the highly pure water or food-grade ethanol extraction processes.
Our extract of milk thistle (Silybum marianum) is made exclusively from the seeds of non-GMO milk thistle plants grown without pesticides. This highly pure extract has a standardised content of 80% silymarin, 30% of which is silibinin, and is extracted using food-grade ethanol. Our extract is free from acetone residue and carriers such as maltodextrin.
Our highly concentrated 10:1 extract of the roots of the great yellow gentian (Gentiana lutea L.) is obtained using a pure water extraction process and is free from extraction residues. Gentian contains many bitter glycosides in its roots, such as gentiopicroside and amarogentin, which contribute to its very bitter taste. The gentian we source is naturally cultivated, resulting in an extract which is completely free from the residues of artificial fertilisers and plant protection products.
We use an extract of artichoke derived from the whole leaves of Spanish artichokes, with a guaranteed cynarine content of at least 5%. The extraction process is entirely conducted using pure water and concentrates the valuable ingredients roughly tenfold. No further solvents such as methanol or acetone are used, so the natural purity of the plant is fully preserved.

For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We then package this product in environmentally friendly amber glass.
Take 1 capsule daily with 200ml water before a meal.
