How are we different?

Our Mito ReCOVery Complex Powder, as a harmoniously balanced functional blend with three select forms of magnesium, supports a normal energy-yielding metabolism and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It was jointly developed with nutrient expert Dr. Alina Lessenich. The total complex of 10 select nutrients combines the valuable forms of magnesium with vitamin C, the valuable amino acids and peptides carnitine, creatine, NAC, taurine and AAKG, as well as the functional sugars D-ribose and D-galactose.

This globally unique and innovative recipe is therefore more than an ordinary functional blend, and thus clearly distinguishes itself from other products on the market. As ingredients, we use a hand-selected choice of our individual active ingredients from exceptionally pure production.

Our Mito ReCOVery Complex Powder contains:

A select complex of the three organic forms of magnesium: magnesium ascorbate, as well as the fruit acid chelates magnesium malate and magnesium citrate-malate. The magnesium ascorbate form, also known as buffered Vitamin C, provides both Vitamin C and magnesium.

Embedded in an innovative, well-thought-out matrix of 100% vegan amino acids and peptides: vegan L-carnitine with a purity of over 99.7% in the form carnitine tartrate (carnitine bound to the salt of tartaric acid), high-purity creatine monohydrate, organic L-taurine with a purity of over 99%, NAC (N-acetyl-cysteine) from fermentation of plant-based raw materials (non-GMO), as well as high-purity acetyl-L-carnitine from non-GMO production.

Supplemented by the functional sugars D-ribose, present in its natural form with a purity of over 98.0% from the fermentation of glucose (non-GMO), as well as high-purity D-galactose, which is obtained from acacia gum (gum arabic).

This product is on the Cologne List® for products with a minimised doping risk. The Cologne List® is an initiative for doping prevention and lists food supplements that have been tested for selected doping substances by a world-leading laboratory in the analysis of food supplements for doping substances. Mitochondria

Mitochondria are the smallest organelles found in the cells of almost all eukaryotes. According to the endosymbiotic theory, mitochondria originally arose from the symbiosis of aerobic bacteria and the precursors of today's eukaryotes. Evidence for this is provided by the independent mitochondrial DNA contained in all mitochondria.

Within cells, their main task is to regenerate the universal, energy-rich molecule ATP (adenosine triphosphate) via a process called the mitrochondrial respiratory chain (MRC). A number of micronutrients are also involved in this metabolic process. Known to many as the "powerhouse of the cell", mitochondria are regarded as essential centres of energy production. A particularly large number of mitochondria are therefore found in cells with high energy consumption, such as muscle, nerve and sensory cells.

Dosage

Directions

Take 15.2g (5 measuring scoops) daily, divided into two portions, each dissolved in 200ml water.

Food Supplement

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children. Do not combine with other products containing magnesium. Discontinue use if a laxative effect occurs. May cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.
