Our Multimineral Complex Sensitive without iodine, copper and iron provides a finely balanced mixture of important minerals and trace elements in a special formula, optimised for people with a special metabolism and an increased need for zinc and manganese. It was developed in collaboration with Silke Nunner.

Due to their individual metabolism, many people have a particularly high requirement for certain trace elements such as zinc and manganese, while other trace elements such as iron, iodine and copper are often poorly tolerated by these people as they are already present in excess. Our Multimineral Complex Sensitive provides a balanced supply of all important minerals and trace elements for sensitive people, with an ideal ratio of the particularly important micronutrients zinc, manganese and magnesium.

This mineral complex concentrates entirely on a targeted supply of potentially critical minerals and trace elements. Any additional need for other deficiency nutrients such as activated vitamin B6 (PLP), vitamin D and antioxidants should be considered on an individual basis and can be covered by a targeted separate supplement.

With the trace element zinc in particular, we have taken care to offer both a high dosage (15mg per capsule) and a rich variety of forms. The contained zinc and magnesium complex consists of three different compounds each: Zinc malate, zinc bisglycinate and zinc lysinate as well as magnesium taurate, magnesium glycinate and magnesium malate for optimal bioavailability and absorption. It also contains high doses of manganese as manganese gluconate, selenium as readily available sodium selenite, organically-bound silicon in the form of bamboo extract, organic sulphur from plant-based MSM, the ultra-pure element boron from sodium borate, chromium as chromium picolinate and molybdenum as sodium molybdate.

Daily Requirements

Zinc
The NHS recommends a daily intake of 9.5mg for men and 7mg for women of zinc. However, it is important to note that individual zinc needs may vary according to age, dietary habits, genetics and other factors.

Manganese
The NHS does not currently have any published recommendations regarding daily intake of manganese.

Magnesium
The NHS recommends a daily intake of 300mg for men and 270mg for women of magnesium. However, it is important to note that individual magnesium needs may vary according to age, dietary habits, genetics and other factors.

Selenium
The NHS recommends a daily intake of 75µg for men and 60µg for women of selenium. However, it is important to note that individual selenium needs may vary according to age, dietary habits, genetics and other factors.

Chromium
The NHS recommends a daily intake of 25µg of chromium. However, it is important to note that individual chromium needs may vary according to age, dietary habits, genetics and other factors.

Molybdenum
The NHS does not currently have any published recommendations regarding daily intake of molybdenum.
