How are we different?

Our organic MCT oil is derived from EU-certified organic, hand-harvested whole coconuts. The extraction process is 100% mechanical and thermal, using methods such as centrifugation and distillation. We avoid the use of chemicals in this process and we do not use artificial chemical esterification.

The result is a premium organic MCT oil that contains purely natural fatty acids, 100% without synthetic MCTs from esterification. The high purity and quality are ensured by extensive laboratory tests. With 60% caprylic acid (C8) and 40% capric acid (C10), our organic MCT oil offers the two most important MCT fatty acids in a balanced ratio. MCT Oil

Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) are saturated fatty acids with an average length of carbon chains. Unlike longer fatty acids, MCT oils are water-soluble.

Caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10):

The individual MCTs are often referred to as C6 to C12 according to the length of their carbon chains. The two most biologically effective MCTs are caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10). Our organic MCT oil consists of 60% caprylic acid (C8) and 40% capric acid (C10) and is therefore a particularly effective mixture of the two most important MCT fatty acids.

Cultivation & Processing

Our organic MCT oil is derived from EU-certified organic coconuts grown in South East Asia. Only fresh, undamaged coconuts are selected by the farmers for pressing. The hard outer shell and the brown, woody skin are carefully removed from the coconuts before pressing. The milk is separated from the flesh, which then undergoes the pressing phase.

The extraction process takes place entirely in the EU and is 100% mechanical and thermal, using methods such as centrifugation and distillation. We avoid the use of chemicals in the production process. Unlike other MCT oils, ours is a natural oil extract, and we do not use artificial chemical esterification. The result is a premium organic MCT oil that contains only the two most effective MCTs, caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10).
