The milk used comes exclusively from dairy cows in the EU, where animal protection, welfare, and health are the highest priority. Mix 30g powder (3 tablespoons) with 200ml cold water in a shaker bottle. Take 1–3 servings per day, preferably in the morning and evening and after exercise.
Daily Requirements
The daily protein requirement is around 1.5–2g per kilogram of body weight according to the DGE (German Nutrition Society). The DGE gives the following recommendations for protein intake:
- Adults: 0.8g protein per kg body weight per day
- Over 65 years: 1.0g protein per kg body weight per day
- Those pregnant or breastfeeding: 0.9–1.2g protein per kg body weight per day
