Our full-spectrum VeganLife All in One complex ensures an ideal multinutrient supply for vegans in a single preparation. It has been specially formulated to contain all the most important vitamins, minerals, trace elements, bioactives, antioxidants and phytochemicals to complement a vegan diet, embedded in a rich matrix of superfood powders made from herbs, fruits and vegetables.

VeganLife All in One can be flexibly dosed for up to 4 months, offering targeted foundational supplementation. Just 2 capsules a day cover the daily requirement of all B vitamins including vitamin B12, while 4 capsules meet the daily requirements for zinc and vitamin C; this formula also significantly contributes to the intake of vitamins A, D, K and minerals. These key nutrients are combined with a full range of other bioactives including coenzyme Q10 and plant antioxidants such as OPC, resveratrol, quercetin, rutin and green tea catechins. This unique multinutrient spectrum is embedded in a rich matrix of natural superfoods.

Water-soluble vitamins: Vitamin C complex with vitamin C Ultra (PureWay-C®) in combination with berry polyphenols (Polyphenol-C®); vitamin B complex with bioactive ingredients (riboflavin, PLP, D-biotin) including 3 important cofactors (CDP choline/betaine/TMG, myo-inositol) and vitamin B12 as the MH3A® formula with 3 natural cobalamins (methylcobalamin, hydroxocobalamin, adenosylcobalamin); and our Folate Complex Ultra (Quatrefolic® and MagnafolatePro®) plus lemon peel extract.

Fat-soluble vitamins & fatty acids: Plant-based vitamin D3 in combination with highly active, microencapsulated vitamin K2 all-trans MK-7, protected against decomposition by calcium and magnesium; natural vitamin E from sunflower oil; a vegan vitamin A complex from bioactive retinyl palmitate; and beta-carotene as a precursor from Dunaliella salina algae.

Minerals & trace elements: Calcium from naturally calcified Atlantic red algae; magnesium also from Atlantic red algae and as highly available magnesium glycinate and magnesium malate; zinc, iron and copper as highly bioavailable chelates (zinc bisglycinate, iron bisglycinate, copper lysinate); chromium, manganese, molybdenum and boron as premium pure substances; iodine as potassium iodide; highly bioactive selenium as sodium selenite; and silicon from diatoms.

Secondary phytochemicals: OPC from French Chardonnay grape seeds derived via highly pure water extraction; polyphenols from berries; catechins with EGCG from fresh green tea extract (green tea from pesticide-free cultivation); bioactive resveratrol as original Veri-te™ produced by fermentation; high-quality chlorella and spirulina algae; AFA algae from Lake Klamath which is uniquely rich in chlorophyll and carotenoids; freeze-dried wild blueberries; acerola as a pure freeze-dried fruit juice powder of the whole acerola cherry with 30% vitamin C; and raw barley and heirloom wheatgrass juice powder which are rich in chlorophyll, enzymes and natural vitamins and minerals.

Directions

Take 4 capsules daily with 200ml water at mealtimes.

Contraindications

Do not take when consuming other products containing green tea. Do not consume on an empty stomach. Do not consume more than 800mg EGCG per day. Consult a doctor before use if taking medication.
