Our gummies provide a full 100mg of coenzyme Q10 in its naturally occurring, oxidised form, ubiquinone. This is produced by fermentation of the bacterium Rhodobacter sphaeroides, an aquatic organism that naturally synthesises large quantities of CoQ10 via anaerobic photosynthesis.
These vegan coenzyme Q10 gummies are made with a base of valuable fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), derived from the natural inulin of the chicory root. These dietary fibres offer a mild sweetness, provide a high-quality food source for beneficial lacto- and bifidobacteria in the gut, and have a relatively low glycaemic index, which is favourable for blood sugar stability. Unlike many gummies, our formula contains no artificial sweeteners and no added sugar.
To achieve the perfect texture and prevent sticking, we use only plant-based agents. Our formula is completely free from animal gelatine, opting instead for a blend of pectin from lemon peels, agar-agar from red algae, and tapioca starch from the cassava root. A coating of carnauba wax ensures the gummies are purely vegan. As an acidity regulator, we use ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and sodium citrate, avoiding common alternatives like citric acid or phosphates.
Our coenzyme Q10 gummies have a natural, fruity mango flavour and are both gluten- and soya-free.
We use light-protected and environmentally friendly amber glass instead of plastic for the packaging.
