Our vegan Collagen Builder Amino Complex provides a rich foundational supply with its nutrient complex consisting of vitamin A (maintenance of normal skin), vitamin C (normal collagen formation, normal skin function), manganese (normal connective tissue formation), copper (maintenance of normal connective tissue) and zinc (maintenance of normal skin).

Collagen Builder's unique formulation combines 24 carefully selected ingredients, all sourced from our range of highly pure active ingredients. The 17 vegan amino acids boast a minimum purity level of 98.5% and are produced either by fermentation or pure production methods: no animal-derived ingredients, such as gelatin, hair or feathers are used in the manufacturing process. Instead, we rely solely on plant-based and renewable raw materials. Our vegan hyaluronic acid is produced by the fermentation of glucose, resulting in a purity of 91% and an average molecular weight of 800–1300 kDaltons (no micro- or nanoparticles) and therefore high bioavailability. Our bamboo shoot extract, obtained using food-grade alcohol, provides naturally occurring and highly bioavailable silica. It is standardised to contain 75% natural silicic acid (organic silica), of which 47% is pure silica. The trace elements zinc, copper and manganese are present in the form of high-quality zinc bisglycinate, copper bisglycinate and manganese gluconate, respectively. We also include bioactive retinyl palmitate for pure vegan vitamin A and magnesium ascorbate as buffered vitamin C.

We use environmentally friendly amber glass for the packaging of this product.

Collagen

As the building blocks of all the body's proteins, amino acids form the basis of central tissues and functions in the body. Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body, comprising more than 30% of the total weight of all the body's proteins. The specific type of collagen present in a particular tissue depends on the type of tissue itself. During collagen synthesis, amino acids are strung together to form a polypeptide chain, a process which is assisted by essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Through juxtaposition and cross-linking, thicker collagen fibres can be formed.

Directions

Take 3 measuring scoops (approx. 3.1g per scoop) dissolved in 200ml water daily.
