Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), also known as sleeping berry or Indian ginseng, is native to the arid regions of India. The root, containing withanolides, has been used for over 1000 years.

The particularly high content of protein, chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals, trace elements, amino acids and enzymes set the young shoots of barley grass apart from other natural foods. The enzymatic activity of the sprout also indicates that its nutrients are easily available.

This freshwater algae is characterised above all by its extraordinarily high chlorophyll content and the unique compound contained in its cell nucleus known as chlorella growth factor (CGF). Different methods of cultivation and production (e.g., cultivation in glass-roofed basins, open-air basins with direct sunlight or in light-flooded glass tubes) can influence factors such as flavour, chlorophyll and amino acid production, as well as the algae's final nutrient profile. Ginseng is a powerful root that has been used in its native regions of China, Korea, Siberia and North America for at least 4000 years. In addition to genuine Korean red and white Panax ginseng, there are other well-known species, such as Siberian and American ginseng.

Our premium maca (Lepidium peruvianum) is 100% natural and includes all important varieties and forms. It has been wildcrafted and hand-harvested at over 4000m in Junín, a region in the Peruvian Andes, from where it is directly sourced.

This freshwater algae, also known as Arthrospira platensis, is actually a type of cyanobacterium (also called blue-green algae). It is characterised above all by its extraordinarily high nutrient density and rich phycocyanin content, a plant pigment which gives the blue-green algae its naturally blue undertone. We offer the original Spirulina pacifica from Hawai'i, which has been cultivated on the Kona coast and spray dried using a patented method to retain more than 90% of the algae's valuable ingredients.
