Directions
Take 3 capsules (100mg pure magnesium per capsule) daily with 200ml water, ideally spread throughout the day.
Note: Spreading the dosage out across the day can improve absorption, since only a limited amount of magnesium can be absorbed at a time. Ideal intake times for magnesium include the morning just after waking, before lunch or after sports, and in the evening before bed. Taking magnesium on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before a meal can improve absorption.
Daily Requirements
The National Health Service (NHS) recommends a daily intake of 300mg for men and 270mg for women of magnesium. However, it is important to note that individual magnesium needs may vary according to age, dietary habits, genetics and other factors.
