How are we different?
In organic magnesium malate, magnesium is bound to malic acid. This magnesium compound exhibits very good bioavailability and is particularly suitable for those with a sensitive gastrointestinal tract. We use a magnesium malate with a high purity of 98.28%.
For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We then package this product in environmentally friendly amber glass.

Magnesium Malate
Magnesium malate is an organic compound consisting of magnesium and malic acid (2-hydroxydicarboxylic acid). The complex magnesium bond protects the magnesium itself. Malic acid is a natural acid found in fruits and vegetables.
As with other magnesium compounds, the body benefits not only from the magnesium contained, but also from the effects of the binding partner. Malate is an intermediate product in the citrate cycle, the hub of metabolism and energy production, and together with magnesium, calcium and phosphorus is involved in the formation of the energy store ATP (adenosine triphosphate). The synergistic combination of magnesium and malic acid contributes to normal energy production metabolism, reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal functioning of the nervous system.
Magnesium malate is particularly soluble in water and thus has a high bioavailability.

Directions
Take 3 capsules (100mg pure magnesium per capsule) daily with 200ml water, ideally spread throughout the day.
Note: Spreading the dosage out across the day can improve absorption, since only a limited amount of magnesium can be absorbed at a time. Ideal intake times for magnesium include the morning just after waking, before lunch or after sports, and in the evening before bed. Taking magnesium on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before a meal can improve absorption.
Daily Requirements
The National Health Service (NHS) recommends a daily intake of 300mg for men and 270mg for women of magnesium. However, it is important to note that individual magnesium needs may vary according to age, dietary habits, genetics and other factors.
