Developed with Dr. Katharina Maria Burkhardt Msc, our Meno Complex for women supports the regulation of hormonal activity with vitamin B6, the maintenance of normal bones with vitamin D, normal psychological function with vitamin B12 and the maintenance of normal mucous membranes with vitamin A.

This innovative and unique formula is composed of a synergistic blend of hand-selected active ingredients from highly pure production: a vitamin B complex with vitamin B1 as thiamine HCl, vitamin B2 as sodium riboflavin-phosphate, vitamin B3 as highly bioavailable, flush-free nicotinamide, vitamin B5 as bioactive D-calcium-pantothenate, vitamin B6 as the directly bioactive coenzyme form PLP (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate), vitamin B9 as the patented premium raw material Magnafolate® Pro with bioactive L-methylfolate (L-5-MTHF), vitamin B12 as the MH3A® formula with the 3 natural vitamin B12 forms methylcobalamin, hydroxocobalamin and adenosylcobalamin & premium-quality D-biotin, vegan vitamin D3 from an exclusive custom formulation as well as vitamin E as a natural complex of alpha-, gamma-, beta- and delta-tocopherols.

The complex also comprises valuable phytochemicals and botanical extracts, including premium pomegranate (Punica granatum) extract with 40% punicalagin, milk thistle seed extract with a standardised content of 80% silymarin (incl. 30% silybin) as a pure ethanol extract, original Veri-te™ Resveratrol produced by fermentation with over 98% trans-resveratrol, a pure 4:1 water-ethanol (food-grade) extract from hop flowers, maca extract from single-variety red maca, nettle root extract (Urtica dioica folia), high-quality dong quai root extract (Angelica sinensis), a pure extract of sage (Salvia officinalis L) with 2.5% rosmarinic acid, Mexican yam root extract with 20% diosgenin, red clover leaf extract (Trifolium pratense L.) with a standardised isoflavone content of 20% and a pure 10:1 water extract from fennel seeds (Foeniculum vulgare). The composition is completed with coenzyme Q10 as the oxidised, bioidentical form ubiquinone produced by non-GMO fermentation of the photosynthetic bacterium Rhodobacter sphaeroides as well as boron.

For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We package this product in amber glass jars instead of plastic to protect the ingredients from light.

In line with our True Clean Label philosophy, we refrain from using artificial additives, colourants and preservatives intended to standardise product appearance. Consequently, formulations containing natural botanical extracts and plant-based raw materials may display subtle batch-to-batch colour variations. These variations stem from natural factors such as harvest timing (seasonal differences between early and late harvests), origin (geographical soil and climate fluctuations) or processing dynamics (variations in particle grind size). Such natural shade shifts may also occur in our plant-based or compressed tablets formulated with premium acacia fibre or nanoparticle-free cellulose and do not constitute a defect in quality.
