Our Essentials Plus VeganLife blend provides basic coverage of 12 key vitamins, minerals and trace elements for those following a vegan diet. Just 2 capsules per day cover the official daily requirements for vitamins D, B2, B12, selenium and iodine.
These ingredients are combined in a harmonious ratio to ensure a balanced supply of nutrients. Consciously combining different forms minimises mutual absorption inhibition between nutrients, which can be a major problem with multivitamins.
This product is the result of over 5 years of research, and is formulated from hand-selected, premium raw ingredients sourced from around the world. The formula stands out among other multivitamins, which often consist of cheap, ready-made mixtures of synthetic ingredients. Take 1 capsule twice daily (morning and evening) with 200ml water and a meal.
