Inositol occurs in 9 different forms (also called isomers), which differ in their geometric structure and perform similar yet different functions. The most important and most common form is myo-inositol. Our myo-inositol consists of a pure, premium vegan raw material.
For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We use light-protective brown glass instead of plastic for our packaging.

Myo-Inositol
Inositol is a vitamin-like compound that was previously referred to as vitamin B8 until it was discovered that the human body can produce it from glucose. Although inositol is no longer considered a vitamin, it is still vital for important functions in the body.
Inositol exists in the form of 9 different isomers; they differ only in the spatial arrangement of their atoms. The two most well-known inositol forms are myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol.

Take 1 capsule (500mg myo-inositol) daily before a meal with 200ml water.
Daily Requirements
There are no official guideline values for inositol. This substance can be synthesised by the body itself, so that many people can cover their daily requirement endogenously. Some studies recommend 2000mg inositol per day.
