Our premium complex Prebioma Complete is a uniquely rich combination of 14 selected sources of dietary fibre and the bioactive vitamins B2 and B3 for the maintenance of normal mucosal function.

We have opted for a complex composition of 14 selected fibre sources to create the richest possible variety: konjac root powder with over 95% glucomannan, oat bran extract with 70% beta-glucan, agave inulin, guar gum, gum arabic (acacia fibre), apple pectin, larch bark powder, green olive powder, Livaux® golden kiwi fruit powder in premium raw food quality, resistant dextrin (RS4), resistant corn starch (RS3) and xylo-, fructo- and glucooligosaccharides. Each ingredient provides an individual structure and composition of complex carbohydrates (dietary fibre) that can serve as a food source for bifido- and lactobacteria. No solvents such as acetone, N-hexane or methanol are used in the processing and production of each ingredient.

Our Prebioma Complete is rounded off with the bioactive vitamins B2 and B3. We use nutrients of the highest quality, which can also be found in our B-vitamin range: vitamin B2 as riboflavin 5'-sodium phosphate and vitamin B3 as the flush-free form nicotinamide.

Effects

Our dietary fibre complex Prebioma Complete combines the valuable properties of all 14 selected sources of dietary fibre as well as vitamins B2 and B3, which are important for normal mucosal function. Dietary fibre is a complex carbohydrate that is a natural component of the plant matrix, primarily acting as a scaffolding substance for living plants to maintain the stability of all its parts or as storage substances. Microorganisms, such as bifido- and lactobacteria, can use dietary fibre as a natural food source.

According to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA):

  • Glucomannan contributes to weight loss as part of a low-calorie diet. The positive effect of glucomannan occurs with a daily intake of 3g (three portions of 1g each) in combination with 1-2 glasses of water before meals.
  • Riboflavin (B2) and nicotinamide (B3) contribute to the maintenance of normal mucosal function.

Dosage

Directions

Three times daily; stir 4.5g (1 level measuring scoop) into 200ml water or juice and drink immediately. Take before meals and drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
