Our Premium Protein Coffee "Natural Vanilla" combines plant-based protein from fava beans, peas and sunflowers with real, high-quality robusta coffee. This type of coffee is characterised by a bold, earthy-nutty aroma and is popular among coffee lovers. With its rich crema, full body and intense flavour, the robusta bean is a classic choice for espresso. In our protein coffee, the special aroma of the robusta bean is further refined by a naturally rich vanilla flavour and the sweetness of stevia (steviol glycosides).

Our vegan protein coffee has a high protein content of 78% and a full amino acid spectrum with all the essential amino acidThrough our balanced, plant-based 3-component protein blend, we also achieve a creamy texture reminiscent of coffee crema, without tasting gritty or forming lumps. We do not use any sugar, artificial sweeteners or artificial flavours in our "Natural Vanilla" variety. The final product is also sugar-free (< 0.5g) and contains only 123kcal per serving. With 87mg of caffeine, a serving of our protein coffee is the perfect alternative to a morning cup of coffee for a perfect start to the day.

Proteins

Fava bean protein (Vicia faba, also known as field bean) is obtained from ground fava beans and isolated via extraction. To produce pea protein (Pisum sativum L), the peas are first ground with water to form a fine paste. The pea protein can then be mechanically isolated by successive centrifugation and sedimentation steps. Sunflower seed protein (Helianthus annus) is obtained from the remaining press cake after the production of cold-pressed sunflower seed oil. This is ground, pressed again and ground again, resulting in a fine powder with a characteristic flavour.

Directions

Mix 30g powder (3 tablespoons) with 200–300ml plant drink or cold water in a shaker and consume immediately. Enjoy 1–3 servings daily.

Daily Requirements

The daily protein requirement is around 1.5–2g per kilogram of body weight according to the DGE (German Nutrition Society). The DGE provides the following recommendations for protein intake:

  • Adults: 0.8g protein per kg body weight per day
  • Over 65 years: 1.0g protein per kg body weight per day

Contraindications

Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not recommended for children.
