Unlike many products that rely on cultivated plants, our rhodiola is 100% wildcrafted from the pristine nature of the Siberian Altai Mountains. Due to its growth in this primeval environment, the plant is exceptionally rich in its natural phytochemicals. The quality and content of the nutritional information are ensured for each batch through an HPLC laboratory test.

We adhere to the highest standards of purity while producing this extract: it is exclusively extracted with food-grade ethanol, guaranteeing that the extract is never in contact with solvents such as acetone or N-hexane.

The only other ingredient is high-quality gum arabic as a natural filler, sustainably cultivated without the use of plant protection products. In contrast to microcrystalline cellulose, a widely used synthetic filler, gum arabic is a natural, fibre-rich food. Our fair trade gum arabic is also carbon neutral.

Rhodiola Rosea

In the icy heights of the Siberian Altai Mountains and the countries of Scandinavia, known for their long and dark winters, Rhodiola rosea thrives. It is a plant species of the genus Rhodiola from the family Crassulaceae and is called rose root because of its characteristic rosy smell. Rose root reaches growth heights of usually 5–20cm, rarely up to 35cm, and forms several above-ground stems that are thick, fleshy and glabrous. The petals of the female plant are yellow and turn red-orange as they fade, while the flowers of the male plant glow purple. Rhodiola is an extremely resistant plant because as a succulent, the rhodiola is able to store water and can therefore thrive well even in dry locations. Rose root is therefore an extremely hardy plant, able to withstand the most adverse conditions.

Due to its many valuable phytochemicals, including the phenylpropanoid rosavin as well as the phenylethanoid salidroside, preparations of rose root have been used in Siberian and Russian traditions, where it is also called "golden root."

Directions

Take up to 2 capsules daily with 200ml water before meals in the morning.

Not suitable for children, adolescents or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
