Directions
Mix 30g powder (approx. 3 tablespoons) with 200–300ml water or plant-based drink in a shaker bottle. Consume 1–3 servings daily.
Daily Requirements
The daily protein requirement is around 1.5–2g per kilogram of body weight according to the DGE (German Nutrition Society). The DGE provides the following recommendations for protein intake:
- Adults: 0.8g protein per kg body weight per day
- Over 65 years: 1.0g protein per kg body weight per day
- Those pregnant or breastfeeding: 0.9–1.2g protein per kg body weight per day
