How are we different?


In liposomal formulations, the active ingredient molecules are encapsulated within lipids and can thus can be better absorbed through the intestinal walls and into cells. As a result, these formulations achieve higher availability than conventional powders, capsules or tablets. The liposomes in this water-soluble formula are significantly smaller than 500nm, offering high stability and effective absorption in the digestive tract.

In order to offer a genuine liposomal formulation with excellent availability, a certain ratio of active ingredient to phospholipids must be achieved; otherwise only emulsions are present, which offer no advantage. This product provides a a genuinely liposomal formulation with the highest possible concentration of vitamin C and zinc to phospholipids (lecithins). We use buffered vitamin C as sodium L-ascorbate and the trace element zinc as zinc L-ascorbate. The phospholipids for our liposomal formulation come from pure sunflower lecithin – not soya lecithin – from sunflowers grown exclusively in the EU, predominantly Germany.

To achieve an effective liposomal formula with a high bioavailability, the product is stabilised exclusively with plant-based glycerol; natural malic acid produced by fermentation and rosemary extract also prevent oxidation, completely eliminating the use of citric acid. The product is bottled in light-protected and environmentally friendly amber glass instead of plastic, under the exclusion of oxygen.

Effects

The essential trace element zinc is a component of over 300 important enzymes and influences more than 3000 endogenous proteins. In food supplements, zinc is always bound to a binding partner. Zinc ascorbate is a salt of ascorbic acid, also known as vitamin C. Zinc ascorbate has good bioavailability and exhibits an an antioxidant effect. The additional pure vitamin C promotes mineral absorption and synergistically complements the effect of zinc in many areas.

Dosage

Directions

Take 10 ml (2 tsp) daily mixed into water or juice. Refrigerate at least 24 hours before opening and keep refrigerated after opening. Use within 8 weeks. Do not shake.

Contraindications

Consult a doctor before use if taking medication. Not suitable for infants, children and adolescents under 14 years of age.

Food Supplement

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat (ideally in the refrigerator). Use within 8 weeks.

Some effervescence is a normal reaction of the ingredients at higher temperatures. As our product contains a higher concentration of active ingredients than comparable products, the reaction may be slightly more pronounced. However, the product can still be consumed without any concerns. This reaction is reversible when stored at refrigerator temperature.

Before opening the product, please ensure it is stored in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Please do not freeze the product.
