How are we different?
Our ubiquinone is obtained by fermentation (non-GMO) with the bacterium Rhodobacter sphaeroides and purified exclusively with ethanol. Rhodobacter sphaeroides is a water-dwelling bacterium that gains its energy through anaerobic photosynthesis and is able to synthesise large amounts of coenzyme Q10. Our Q10 products stand out for their guaranteed active content and are free from emulsifiers, stabilisers, potentiators and solvent residues such as n-hexane or methanol.
For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We package this product in amber glass jars instead of plastic to protect the ingredients from light.
