Our Phytocleanse Complex is a functional blend with over 40 selected vitamins, trace elements, antioxidants, botanical extracts, bitter compounds and functional mushrooms. The unique formula was developed in collaboration with Dr. Reinald Schrueffer, an environmental physician and expert in orthomolecular medicine. The active ingredients result in a unique synergy for activation, mobilisation and binding for ideal application after preparation by Phytocleanse Prepare.
When selecting the botanical and mushroom extracts, we ensure that they exclusively come from the best raw materials from pesticide-, herbicide- and pollutant-free cultivation or wildcrafting. They are also extracted entirely using gentle processes such as distillation, water and food-grade alcohol – no harmful chemical solvents such as N-hexane or acetone are used.
The phytochemical complex provides the botanicals extracts with a wealth of bitter compounds, flavonoids, alkaloids, curcuminoids and chlorophyll. It contains a full-spectrum turmeric extract (Cureit®) with a curcumin complex and 200 other phytochemicals from the whole turmeric root, premium quercetin from the flowers of the Japanese pagoda tree (Sophora japonica), coriander extract from the coriander leaves (Coriandrum sativum) and standardised bilberry extract with 25% anthocyanins, produced entirely without the use of maltodextrin as a carrier. Pure, nutrient-rich algae complete the phytochemical complex: premium Chlorella vulgaris from strictly controlled algae cultivation conditions in a remote area and water-extracted phycocyanin (natural blue colourant) from Spirulina.
This unique blend is completed with high-quality bioactive vitamins (C, E, B2, B6, B9, B12), trace elements (selenium, zinc, manganese, iron, molybdenum, iodine, silica), amino acids (NAC, taurine, TMG/betaine) and antioxidants (Q10 ubiquinone, glutathione, S-acetyl glutathione, SOD) produced by fermentatio, from natural sources or as special active ingredients.
The functional mushroom complex of reishi, polyporus, pleurotus, cordyceps and hericum contains a full 30% mushroom polysaccharides (especially beta-(1-3),(1-6)-D-glucans). Our functional mushrooms are sourced from the renowned mushroom-growing region of Gutian County in Fujian, China. The wealth of knowledge passed down through Chinese tradition for over 2000 years regarding the benefits and cultivation of these mushrooms is truly exceptional. Today, Chinese cultivators produce the most potent mushrooms, having refined their cultivation methods to the point where the cultivated mushrooms rival their wild counterparts. Our mushroom powders and extracts are exclusively made from the entire fruiting body (including the stalk), preserving the valuable compounds in each mushroom.
For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We then package this product using environmentally-friendly amber glass jars.
