The milk used comes exclusively from dairy cows in the EU, where animal protection, welfare, and health are the highest priority. The cows live according to the "Five Freedoms" animal welfare programme in a natural environment with their herd, and have free access to food and water. The whey protein concentrate is obtained from the resulting whey using gentle filtration methods. The final product has a naturally retained, higher fat content and a full amino acid spectrum.
