B Vitamins

The B vitamins are a group of water-soluble vitamins that work closely together and therefore depend on one another both directly and indirectly. As a result, the B vitamins can be considered their own closely knit complex. Our B complexes supply the active coenzyme forms of individual B vitamins, which we obtain from plant-based sources or nature-identical active ingredients.

Our high-quality custom-made vitamin B12 formulas are all vegan and contain the natural and bioactive B12 forms methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin (depot form). Vitamin B12 contributes to energy metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the function of the psyche and the immune and nervous system, to the formation of red blood cells, to cell division and to homocysteine metabolism.

Folic acid (Vitamin B9) in its bioactive form, folate, is an essential vitamin for intracellular metabolic processes. Our L-methylfolate is one of the highest quality forms of folate with one of the highest levels of bioavailability and can be utilised immediately by the body.

Bioactive vitamin B6 contributes to cysteine synthesis, the normal functioning of the nervous system and psyche as well as to energy, homocysteine, protein and glycogen metabolism.

Vitamin B5 contributes to energy metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to mental performance and to the synthesis of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters. High-dose B5 as the premium active ingredient calcium D-pantothenate, which is only released in the stomach. No additives.

Vitamin B3 contributes to energy metabolism, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the normal functioning of the nervous system and psyche as well as to the maintenance of skin and mucous membranes. We offer high-dose vitamin B3 in the form of flush-free nicotinamide or original Niagen^® (NR) as an effective precursor of NAD+.

Bioactive vitamin B2 contributes to protection against oxidative stress, to normal nerve function, to normal iron and energy metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and to the maintenance of normal skin, blood cells, mucous membranes and eyesight.

Choline is a semi-essential vitaminoid and had previously been classified as vitamin B4. We offer choline as CDP-choline.

Inositol, including myo- and D-chiroinositol, was formerly classified as vitamin B8. Myo-inositol levels are higher in tissues that use large amounts of glucose, such as the brain, heart and ovaries.

NADH is the biologically active form of vitamin B3 (niacin), which occurs naturally in every living body and plant cell. Also called coenzyme 1, it is an important coenzyme of the respiratory chain. NADH is involved in numerous important processes in the body.
